If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email info@advancedacoustics-uk.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
You have the option of exchanging an eligible
order instead of returning it for a refund. The funds from the original
order will be transferred to a Gift Card when the exchange is
processed. If the exchange order is returned, we will issue the refund
back to a Gift Card for the full amount (minus shipping). An exchange
also requires the original order to be returned to us within 14
days. If we do not receive the original order within 14 days, the credit
card on file will be charged the full amount of the replacement order.

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 2-3 Business Days for
your package to come to us, inspect your return,
process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is
being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it
may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied
for it to post to your account.
