We want it to be as easy as possible for you to work out how much acoustic treatment you will need.  Whether you want to acoustically treat a studio, recording space, vocal booth or rehearsal space there are basic principles you can use.  We have written a number of articles that help with this.  However we wanted to help you further.  After all, it can be difficult especially with so much advice out there, not all of it helpful.

So with that in mind we have developed an acoustic treatment coverage calculator that will give you suggestions on how much acoustic foam you will need to place in your studio.  It will also help you to workout how many acoustic foam tiles you'll need on each wall and ceiling.  It will also help you calculate how many foam corner bass traps the room will need if any.

The calculator is super simple to use.  Just enter the dimensions of the room to be acoustically treated, tell it what the room is going to be used for and the calculator will do the rest for you.  You can even tell it the genre of music you will be predominantly be working with to really narrow down your choice of acoustic foam products.

But what if you have a strange shaped room or some unique features?  That's no problem.  Whilst the calculator will work with square rooms, it does have its limitations.  However we are still here at the end of the phone or email to offer advice and suggestions if you need it.
