Easy to put on and secure to the floor. They haven't completely gotten rid of the noise from downstairs but they have definitely helped muffle it quite a bit. Worth buying and I actually wish I'd put 3 layers and not 2. Super fast delivery and dispatch too.

Good value for money it works and joins the mass loaded vinyl mats well. The courier didn't deliver this with the first order so Advanced Acoustics sent another one out ASAP.
