Our 14,000 sq ft factory in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, is the heart of our operation. Equipped with advanced foam-cutting machines, including CNC contour cutters, band knives, and slitters, we’re able to produce everything from standard tiles to fully bespoke solutions for studios, offices, and commercial projects.

Every product begins with high-density, open-cell foam sourced from trusted UK suppliers. Our skilled team uses precision machinery to cut, shape, and finish each panel according to exacting specifications. Manual quality checks are performed at every stage to ensure flawless results, whether it’s a single custom order or a large-scale commercial run.

One of our biggest strengths as a UK manufacturer is flexibility. We can quickly adapt to unique requirements, different sizes, shapes, profiles, and even branding for other companies. Our average turnaround for custom orders is just 5–15 days, with large commercial projects typically completed within a week.

We’re committed to minimising waste and maximising sustainability. All foam offcuts are recycled or repurposed, and our packaging materials are fully recyclable. By keeping production local, we also cut down on transport emissions and support the UK supply chain.
