It is very easy to lay as it will settle under its own weight as you roll it out . You have to be fairly careful when cutting it as it can tear . I looked around a number of companies and Advanced Acoustics were a lot cheaper than others. Will definitely be buying more as we renovate the house.
Sound diminished considerably and much more affordable solution for air borne noise. I asked my local carpet fitters to install, they had never used it before but were very impressed with the quality and how easy it was to install

Sandwiched between 2 sheets of sound block plasterboard. To stop the neighbour noise through the wall … amazing . No more talking / tv or kids . Really does work and this is the thin stuff , very happy with my purchase.
Used these panels to deaden the sound from the noise and traffic through two bedroom windows in the city centre.
Reduced the noise but I may need to fit them better to improve the reduction in sound.

Easy to put on and secure to the floor. They haven't completely gotten rid of the noise from downstairs but they have definitely helped muffle it quite a bit. Worth buying and I actually wish I'd put 3 layers and not 2. Super fast delivery and dispatch too.
Good value for money it works and joins the mass loaded vinyl mats well. The courier didn't deliver this with the first order so Advanced Acoustics sent another one out ASAP. Top quality customer service really appreciate them sorting this out for me so fast! Forgot the gentleman's name who sorted it, might have been Mark. Top bloke cheers.
Great price, Very good quality, fast delivery. Used this to line the boot and footwells of my car. Made quite a difference to road noise especially going over bumps.
