Update for EU Orders from 1st January 2021

4 Jan 2021
As of the 1st of January 2021 any EU orders will be shipped as DDP which means that we as the supplier are responsible for paying for all of the costs associated with the delivery of goods right up until they get to the named place of destination. The buyer is then responsible for unloading the goods at the end destination.  These charges are covered by the sales tax which is paid when a customer completes checkout.  There should be no further payment due to the customer to receive the order at its end destination.
