Installation
Install the MAXXX Corner Bass Trap in the room corners — vertical orientation in the wall-wall corners and horizontal orientation in the wall-ceiling corners — where low-frequency energy accumulates. The oversized format provides a single-piece corner treatment module; the 860mm face width covers a larger corner area per piece than the standard 2ft and 3ft bass traps. Fix using Advanced Acoustics Contact Adhesive applied to both the rear face of the trap and the corner surface. Allow the adhesive to become touch-dry before bringing the surfaces together — contact adhesive bonds on contact, so position the trap carefully before pressing it into the corner. Ensure adequate ventilation throughout installation — the adhesive is solvent-based.
